NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Participation in any contest conducted by The Valley 105.7 constitutes agreement to these official rules and all decisions made by station management.
1. ELIGIBILITY
Contests are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older unless otherwise specified.
Employees of The Valley 105.7, its licensee, sponsors, affiliated companies, promotional partners, and immediate family members are not eligible to win.
Only one winner per household every 30 days unless otherwise stated.
2. HOW TO ENTER
Listeners may enter contests by methods announced on-air, online, via social media, by text message, through the station app, or in person.
Entries must be complete and accurate. Incomplete or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
3. PRIZES
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
The Valley 105.7 reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
4. WINNER SELECTION
Winners will be selected according to contest procedures announced on-air or posted online.

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any social media platform unless otherwise stated.

All contests conducted by The Valley 105.7 are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including contest disclosure requirements established by the Federal Communications Commission.

11. RULE CHANGES
